Nissan Foreign Car Documents

In approximately 1985, they began to introduce some car models under the name "Nissan" but continued to sell automobiles and call its dealerships "DATSUN" . We contend that for several years after 1985, people continued to refer to the cars and the dealerships as "DATSUN" on regular basis. Accordingly, when I chose to use Nissan for the name of my business in 1980, Nissan Motor was known as "DATSUN" and not as Nissan.
